GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  ON BOOKINGS

To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be relet, including premature curtailment.

Check-in time, 4pm - 9pm. late check-in’s to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-in's after 9pm will incur a surcharge of R 50.00 depending on circumstances.

Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of 'non arrival'. Right of Admission Reserved.

No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.

We require a 50% Deposit to secure your booking. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of deposit, or Credit Card details for Authorised, Manual Transaction payment. In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.

Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of full quote value.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
